About Me
Making The Visual, Visceral (& vice versa)
My name is Pureum Lee, a motion designer from Vancouver, Canada, working out of Charlotte, North Carolina. I am currently available for hire and open to inquiries. I have a great passion for creative expression and artistic communication. With my expertise in design, technology, and communication, I’m able to effectively articulate ideas visually. I work via Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D and Octane to put ideas into form. I am very tech savvy in many avenues, especially having to do with computers and cameras. This hobby and obsession has lead me to keep up with the forefront in hardware and software, allowing me to push my limits of creativity.
My portfolio is a culmination of my work with Susie Films, and BURKE, as well as independent projects. My motion graphics work can be seen in Season 1,2, and 3 of “Handcrafted America,” which is a nationally televised show on the INSP Network. I’ve also animated a 2D cartoon for the international conglomerate company, Compass Group, and their internal department. As well as animating a 3D cartoon for a Student Charity film in the “100 Words Film Festival,” presented in Toronto. Other companies I have made work for include HGTV, Lowe’s, Food Lion, Ingersoll Rand, Continental, BASF, Microban, S&D Coffee, Queen’s University of Charlotte, Blumenthal Performing Arts, Akoustis, Anthony & Sylvan Pools, Benchmark, Bark Mobile, and more.
